Care Plans

Operational ownership, tiered by what your application needs to run reliably.

Response time = acknowledgement, not resolution. Business hours apply unless contracted otherwise.

How we place you in a tier

The application determines the minimum tier — not preference or budget.

Maintenance hours vs. retainer

Maintenance hours cover small upkeep — bug fixes, content tweaks, minor updates. If you need ongoing feature development or significant changes, that belongs in a Retainer or Build engagement. We'll tell you which one applies.

Some platforms exceed the scope of Full Care. If your system involves high-risk operations, regulated data, or complex dependency chains, we evaluate it separately under Enterprise / Custom Ops terms.
